Ingredients:
Whole-wheat flour* 58%, concentrated apple juice* 22%, vegetable oils and fats* (sunflower*, cocoa*), rye flakes* 2%, spelt flour* 2%, oat flakes* 2%, raising agent (sodium hydrocarbonate), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), acidifier (citric acid). Contains naturally occurring sugars.
Produced in a factory handling soy, lupine and nuts.
