Whole wheat flour 43%, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, fully hydrogenated sunflower, coconut), fibers (polydextrose, fructo-oligosaccharides, inulin), sweetener (maltitols), almond pieces 7%, minerals (calcium, magnesium), natural flavourings (almond 0,1%, amaretto, vanilla), salt, raising agent (sodium hydrocarbonate), antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract), emulsifiers (sunflower lecithins, mono- and diglycerides), acid (citric acid), colour (carotenes). Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Produced in a factory handling eggs, soy, lupine  and nuts.
